Our school management system provides robust tools for the Transport user to efficiently manage transportation operations. Transport staff, including drivers and conductors, can be managed easily. Buses and routes can be organized to ensure smooth transportation for students. Emergency contact information for students is readily accessible, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Manage Users
The Transport user can manage transport staff such as drivers and conductors. However, the salary is determined by the Principal. All relevant details are displayed on a single page for convenience.
Add Bus
The Transport user can manage multiple aspects of school transportation:
- Add Bus: Add a bus using its number and the number of seats available.
- Add Route: Define multiple routes where the bus service will be provided for student drop-off and pick-up.
- Assign Driver and Conductor: Allocate drivers and conductors to specific buses and assign them to particular routes.
Transport Students
The Transport user can view details of students needing transportation, including their drop-off destinations. Emergency contact details for students are also accessible.
